Jule of Yoga is passionate about helping others find movement and balance of body, mind, and energy through a functional practice of yoga.
Yoga is for every BODY. Restorative and dynamic Freeing Movement classes, led by Registered Yoga Teacher Julianna Eriksson, invite one to explore and develop their unique body through practice of movement, posture, and breath.
Practitioners of yoga find the opportunity to make tangible sustainable improvements to their strength, range of motion, stability, posture, ease of movement, breathing, and mindfullness.
By enhancing endurance and capability, while also lowering risk of injury, yoga is a beautiful compliment to other physical activities.
